This is such an incredibly touching story. Little 2-year-old Princesinha Nicolly was born with a rare condition where fluid was constantly building up in her eyes, causing blindness. Unable to find treatment in rural Brazil, where Princesinha’s family lives, her mom posted the story on Facebook. Within days, the story had been spread far and wide and over $17,000 dollars was raised to bring the little girl to the U.S. and have her eyes operated on. Princesinha now has special glasses that will help her adjust to her first years with full sight and doctors will be monitoring her progress over the course of the next year. But as of now, she is happy and healthy living her new life!
