Bite-Sized Bliss: Nutella Oreo Brownies

Just when you think there can’t be any more desserts left to discover or brownie variations to bake, A Worthy Read comes along with these too-tasty-to-be-true Nutella Oreo Brownie Bites. As if brownies weren’t already tempting enough, the addition of addicting Nutella and delightful Oreos take these morsels to the next level. It’s like the whole family’s favorite treats wrapped up into one dessert!

Grab:

– 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla
– 1⁄2 cup flour
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– Pinch of salt
– 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
– 24 Oreo cookies (or any brand of black and white sandwich cookies)
– 1⁄2 cup Nutella
– 12 cup muffin tin with liners (A Worthy Read recommends silicone baking cups)

Make:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until smooth.
  5. Take two Oreos and spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on top of each of them. Stack them together and place them in a baking cup. Repeat with the rest of the cookies.
  6. Spoon 1/8 cup of the brownie batter into each baking cup, over each cookie stack. It will run over the edges of the cookies and fill the liner.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. To test, insert a toothpick in the side of each brownie bite. If it comes out clean, they’re ready to enjoy!
