Strawberry Compote
– 2 teaspoons cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon water
– 2 cups diced strawberries
– ½ cup sugar
Graham Cracker Crust
– 9 graham crackers (1 sleeve)
– ½ stick unsalted butter, melted
– ¼ cup sugar
– ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
– 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
– 2 eggs
– Juice and zest of 1 lemon
– ½ cup sugar
– ½ cup blueberries
