We all know that many reality shows are scripted, so that means conflicts, romances, and drama are often manufactured just for the viewer. The audience isn’t always able to tell what’s genuine and what’s not, so what goes on after the cameras are off can be surprising.

1. Trista & Ryan Sutter

   Trista is from season one which aired way back in 2003, and she married her firefighter beau Ryan Sutter on air. The two have been together ever since and have two children. During that time, Trista even put out a book about their love story.

2. Ashley & JP Rosenbaum

   Season seven’s Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum tied the knot in a TV ceremony in 2012. The couple was an audience favorite and now two kids later, they are still in love. An appearance on Marriage Boot Camp in 2017 hasn’t changed their relationship status as the two are solid and happily raising their family in Florida.

3. Desiree Hartsock & Chris Siegfried

   After a heartbreak between the bachelorette and another contestant, season nine lovebirds Desiree and Chris got engaged on the show in 2013 and later married in 2015. Fans were unsure about their longevity, but the pair welcomed a son named Asher back in 2016 and are living it up in Seattle.

4. Rachel & Bryan

   From season thirteen comes Rachel and Bryan. In a controversial decision, Rachel Lindsay dropped frontrunner Peter Kraus for Bryan Abasolo. She loved both men but ultimately chose Bryan, and the two are still together. They are aiming for a wedding later this year.
