SALMON WITH TOMATOES AND ZUCCHINI
INGREDIENTS
- Salmon
Place all the ingredients on the sheet pan, cover the tomatoes with the Parmesan and Panko, then cover the whole sheet in olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND PARSNIPS
INGREDIENTS
- Pork Chops
- Parsnips
- Apple slices
- Herbs de Provence
- Salt and pepper
- Dijon mustard
- Cinnamon
- Thyme
Place all ingredients on the sheet and cover with mustard, herbs, and salt and pepper. Coat with olive oil before cooking for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS, BROCCOLI, POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken drumsticks
Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT

- Kielbasa
Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
