– ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
Chocolate and Banana
– 2 medium (2 cups or 10 ounces) frozen bananas
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ⅓ cup cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mango and Lime
– 2 cups (10 ounces) frozen mango
– 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
– ¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– ½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
– Zest of 1 fresh lime
Cake Batter
– 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
– 8 ounces cream cheese
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 3 teaspoons vanilla
– 3 tablespoons sprinkles
