Fruit and Yogurt Roll-ups
– 8 flour tortillas
– 2 small cartons of berries
– Greek yogurt (2 containers)
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– Spray butter
Instant Sausage and Egg
– 1 egg

– Cheese, as desired
Ready-Go Instant Oatmeal
– Instant oatmeal
– Powdered coffee creamer
– Brown sugar
