4-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

It’s made with real fruit, but it still delivers with delicious creaminess. Mix up this easy batch of ice cream for an easy and impressive dessert any night of the week!
What You Need:
2 bananas, cut into 1″ slices
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
What You Do:
- Put your banana slices on a plate in a single layer, with room between each slice. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or even overnight.
- Remove frozen strawberries and bananas from the freezer and place into a food processor. Blend until the mixture has reached the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Add in the cream, vanilla and any desired sweetener. Blend until well-combined and smooth.
- Transfer ice cream to a freezer container and freeze until completely solid.
- When you want your ice cream, just scoop and serve!
