– White bloomer loaf (crusty bread with rounded ends)
– Butter, softened
– 7 ounces (200 grams) cheddar cheese
– 7 ounces (200 grams) gruyere cheese
– English mustard
– Sriracha sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
– 12 good quality crumbed ham slices
