If you love peanut butter cookies, then you’re going to jump for joy over this ridiculously simple and reasonably healthy recipe. Using just three ingredients, natural peanut butter being one of them of course, you can make and bake these cookies, start to finish, in less than 20 minutes. Here’s what you need:

-1 cup unsalted natural peanut butter
-1/4 cup and 1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp sea salt

Here’s what you do:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all 3 ingredients in a food processor. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to drop cookies onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Then use a fork to flatten, making a cross pattern on each cookie.
