3-Ingredient All-Natural DIY Bug Repellant Spray
When summer comes, do you feel like you’re always on the lookout for ways to keep bugs at bay. Store-bought bug sprays are definitely one way to keep mosquitos from biting, but they’re often loaded with chemicals that don’t smell so great. So instead of choking on bug spray fumes, why not try this great all-natural DIY idea?
Did you know that mosquitoes hate rosemary? (And that’s just one of the plants that repels mosquitos!) So in order to make a bug spray that will keep the biters at bay, just grab the following.
4 cups of boiling water
1 sliced lemon
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
Spray bottle
To make your bug spray, just chop up some rosemary and lemons. Bring some water to a boil, then add the rosemary and lemon to the water. Remove the water from the stovetop and steep ingredients until water is cool. Add to your spray bottle and you’re good to go!
