She Adds Coco Powder to Greek Yogurt for the Most Genius Reason. I Have to Try This!

What could possibly make Greek yogurt better? How about making it chocolate and turning it into a perfect frozen snack? Gemma’s Bigger, Bolder Baking shows us how—and she has more ideas where that came from!

You’ll Need

Raspberry and Pistachio
–1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
–4 tablespoons raspberry puree
–1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
–3 tablespoons pistachios, toasted and chopped
Chocolate, Banana and Hazelnut
–1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
–1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
–3 tablespoons cocoa powder
–1 banana
–2 tablespoons hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
Peanut Butter and Jelly
–1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
–4 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or any type of nut butter)
–1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
–2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
–2 tablespoons strawberries, diced

Yum! I’m most excited for the chocolate bark, but these all look delicious. Which one is your favorite? Have you ever made “bark” out of yogurt before?
