What could possibly make Greek yogurt better? How about making it chocolate and turning it into a perfect frozen snack? Gemma’s Bigger, Bolder Baking shows us how—and she has more ideas where that came from!

You’ll Need

Raspberry and Pistachio
– 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
– 4 tablespoons raspberry puree
– 1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
– 3 tablespoons pistachios, toasted and chopped
Chocolate, Banana and Hazelnut
– 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
– 1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
– 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
– 1 banana
– 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
Peanut Butter and Jelly
– 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
– 4 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or any type of nut butter)
– 1 tablespoon pure honey, maple syrup or agave
– 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
– 2 tablespoons strawberries, diced
