2-Ingredient Pineapple Dole Whips

If you’re looking for a frozen treat to cool off with this summer, it’s far too easy to find something that will also be high in calories. But this pineapple Dole whip (that’s very much like the classic treat you can get at Disneyland) is only made from 2 very healthy ingredients and is both vegan-friendly and can be dairy free.

Nevertheless, those ingredients create a sweet, delightful treat that you’ll want to eat all summer long! Make this yourself and find out why it fits in so well in the happiest place on Earth.

YOU’LL NEED

  • Frozen pineapple
  • Coconut milk, or any other milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. In your blender, put your milk and then your pineapple. It helps to put the milk in first because it helps your treat blend much better.
  2. Blend it until it’s smooth and without lumps. You’ll have to stop your blender and hand mix your whip about 3-4 times to give your machine a break.
  3. Continue blending until satisfied. Enjoy!

Note: At first, the whip might be a little too hard to enjoy. Give it a few minutes on the counter to soften up and it should be ready to eat.

To finish it off, Gemma puts her whip into a piping bag and fills a hollowed-out pineapple with the frozen treat! This is aesthetically gorgeous, but you can just scoop your Dole Whip into a regular ol’ bowl for your enjoyment.
