10 Free Ways to Exercise at Your Desk
It can certainly be difficult to find ways to exercise when you’re stuck in a cubicle for most of your day. You can always sneak in some exercise by parking far away from your job or running around with your kids after work, but what about between the hours of 9 and 5?
Unplggd has come up with a great roundup of videos that will show you how to stay fit and healthy without leaving your cubicle, or in some cases, your own chair. Here are a few of them:
