There are a lot of upcycled t-shirt crafts out there, but this one is a great take on rugs made out of old t-shirts. By using an old hand towel, Jackie at the Happy Housewife found a quicker way to achieve these results:

For this project, you need:

• T-shirts
• Hand towel
• Ruler
• Tailor’s chalk or water soluble marker
• Rotary cutter
• Cutting mat
• Sewing machine
• Thread
• Scissors
