Spaghetti is one of the first dishes most of us learn to cook for a reason— it’s simple, but totally satisfying. The fact that it’s a basic, though, doesn’t mean we can’t dress it up and make it more special from time to time! This idea from Bon Appétit does just that, adapting a regular spaghetti dish into something adorable, crunchy and even more delicious. They’re called “Crunchy Spaghetti Nests,” and we can’t wait to try them. Check out how good they look!

See how easy this idea is? Basically, make your favorite spaghetti, then twirl it a forkful at a time into nests and arrange them in a baking dish. Nestle a mozzarella cube in each nest, top with breadcrumbs and olive oil, and bake until the mozzarella is melted and the spaghetti is crunchy. Simple!
