We love our crock pots – especially in the summer when we don’t want to waste a lot of energy in the kitchen. But you know what’s better than making yummy meals in the crock pot? Making yummy meals in the crock pot out of leftovers! Take a look at some meals that you can create in the crock pot without much fuss using leftovers and ingredients from your pantry:

1. Vegetarian Chili Shepherd’s Pie

Use leftover chili, leftover mashed potatoes and a few other simple ingredients to make an easy and filling crockpot meal.

Use leftover rice, leftover frozen or fresh veggies (whatever kind you have), leftover meat, and egg and some easy seasonings to make a meal that satisfies the whole family.
