When the Music Starts Up, These Twins Start Dancing Like You Won’t Believe!

Some people show off their hidden talent at a very young age. Whether you’re belting out arias at two or writing short stories at five, sometimes innate talent and passion peeks through very early. That is definitely the case with these adorable twins! Twin babies Eli and Oli are clearly destined to be a song-and-dance double act! The way they react to their favorite tune leaves no doubt about that fact, especially once the chorus starts. You won’t believe how cute it is — or what their favorite song is!

In the video below, shared by YouTuber Shaedydaze, the two twins stand side-by-side, wearing almost an identical outfit. This only makes the video that much cuter! Their favorite song comes on in the background and we quickly identify it as the 2011 radio hit, “Somebody That I Used to Know,” by artist Gotye.

Now, we love that song as much as the next person, but how random for these two little kids to love it, too! But it’s so clear that they do. As soon as they hear the opening notes, their faces light up; they immediately recognize what it is and what they want to do.

All of a sudden, the boys break out into what seems like interpretive choreography. One runs circles around the other while he bounces up and down, and then they come together and join hands. When they hold hands, they starts smiling and laughing at each other, like they know what’s coming up next! Then the two start to bounce, in sync with one another and the music.

One of the little boys keeps breaking away to do his own little solo off to the side — and he is really going for it! Arms flailing, feet going, he looks like a Broadway tap dancer in the making! But he always comes back to take his brothers’ hands and bounce with him in between each dance break.

The best part? All of this happened BEFORE the chorus has even come on.

When the mellow song breaks into the more impassioned chorus, the boys break out into wide smiles and loud giggles, looking up at the videotaping parent very excitedly. Then they start to add a little song to their dance!

With the one brother (the one who keeps breaking out into dance at random times) dancing his heart out around his twin, the two start to sing the words to “Somebody That I Used to Know”… at least as well as they can! And, considering that they can’t really talk yet, they have an impressive feel for the words of the song. You can tell they’ve done this little routine quite a few times to be able to mimic the words so well.

The difference between the two twins is hysterical; while one is running about, dancing wildly, the other is standing almost as still as a statue, bouncing and shaking his head in time with the music! They both obviously love music and this song in particular, but they express themselves in very different ways.
