Want an easy grab-n-go breakfast that you can batch cook in minutes. These Sausage & Egg Breakfast Roll-ups are one of my favorite go-to no-time breakfasts. You can freeze these and heat them up in the microwave for later enjoyment. Check out the video below to see how easy these are to make:

What’ You’ll Need:

– Crescent Roll Dough
– Sausage
– Eggs
– Cheese (optional)

Instructions:

– Whip up some scrambled eggs
– unwrap crescent roll dough and detach individual rolls
– Place a piece of cheese, a few spoonfuls of egg, and a sausage and roll it up. (see video for method)
– Brush with egg wash if you like a more golden brown finish
– Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes
