Make These Red, White and Blue Strawberries for the 4th of July

All you need to make these festive strawberries is three simple ingredients – guess what? One of them is strawberries.

Like we mentioned, all of the ingredients are vegan-friendly, but that doesn’t mean they’re any less delicious! We’re still talking about strawberries dipped in chocolate and sugar here, people.

The only problem you’ll have with these fun berries? That they’re almost too beautiful to eat. (Almost.)

RED, WHITE, AND BLUE STRAWBERRIES

INGREDIENTS
– Strawberries
Vegan White Chocolate Chips
– Blue sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Melt your white chocolate chips gradually in the microwave until the chocolate is completely melted and creamy.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to line your berries on.
3. Dip your strawberries into the chocolate, then into a separate bowl with blue sugar. Just cover the tip of the strawberry in the sugar.
4. Put the strawberries on the parchment paper and let them set in the fridge before serving.
