Ice Cream Pizza
Prep: 10 Mins | Total: 8Hrs 10 Mins
Serves: 6-8 servings
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
24 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
2/3 Cup Hot Fudge Sauce, divided (You want to use a thick fudge sauce)
2-3 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream, softened (Can substitute with other ice cream flavors)
1/4 Cup Caramel Sauce (Optional) (Can substitute with hot fudge or other ice cream sauce )
1/3 Cup Optional Toppings (chocolate chips, cookie dough, crushed cookies, chopped nuts, crushed candy etc.) (Optional)
Directions
Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
In a food processor, process the chocolate sandwich cookies until they produce uniform crumbs. Add ½ cup of the hot fudge sauce and process until it comes together, like a dough.
Press the cookie mixture into a 10-inch circle on your lined pizza pan. Place the crust in the freezer for 10 minutes. While the crust is in the freezer, you can sit out your ice cream to soften, if you haven't already.
Remove the cookie crust from the freezer and spread on the ice cream on top in an even layer. Top with remaining hot fudge and sprinkle with chopped pieces of your favorite candy. Freeze until firm, about 8 hours.
Remove from freezer, slice, and serve immediately.
Chef Tips
If needed, cover the dough with a second piece of parchment or wax paper and use a rolling pin to shape the crust.

You might recognize this frozen dessert treat – in some corners you might even call it a “treatza”! – but it’s so easy to give it your own spin with all kinds of toppings.

We just couldn’t restrain ourselves, so we topped our vanilla ice cream base with different combos to make THREE Ice Cream Pizzas: M&M’s®, Oreo™, and Salted Peanut. (Of course, we put some hot fudge and caramel sauce on there, too!)

Want to make yours even more individual? The sky’s the limit! Use different flavors of ice cream and Oreos™ to customize your pizza to your tastes. We’ve also seen cookie crusts made with caramel sauce and/or butter before, so experiment to find the one you like best!

The only rules? Keep it level, and keep it frozen. This one tends to melt fast, so keep it in the freezer until right before serving, then put it right back. And while it’s firming up in that freezer? Make sure it’s on a level shelf so the ice cream doesn’t slide off! (We speak from experience, friends.)

In need of more ice cream treats, or maybe you’re hoping for more pizza twists? Don’t look any farther; we’ve got both!
