Unless a woman is walking around eating pickles slathered in mustard or has put on a few extra pounds, it’s usually hard to tell whether she is pregnant or not. And, even if she is appearing to be a bit plumper, it’s virtually impossible to know if she is with child before she finds out for herself.

But, because there is an exception to every rule, and because we love reporting on strange and wonderful real-life stories, we’ve come across one special pregnancy announcement for you that will have your head spinning.

Today’s viral clip, which was covertly shot by YouTuber Tim Brummel, is one of the most amazing that we’ve come across in a while.

When this clip was filmed, the 25-year-old was already a father of three. Several months earlier, he and his wife Rachel had decided that it was best that the young dad get a vasectomy.

After undergoing the procedure, Tim never received his results back, which he took as a good sign, but when Rachel started feeling that she might be carrying a bun in the oven, they made plans to go in for a follow-up.

Fast forward to several days later. Tim has yet to get his results and Rachel’s suspicions are mounting by the minute. Unbeknownst to her, her sneaky husband had actually turned off the water in the toilet overnight and snuck a pregnancy test before Rachel went out for the day. Can you guess what the results said?

Yep, believe it or not, Tim was actually left with a positive pregnancy test in his hands, so he was able to confirm the good news before Rachel was sure! As you probably already guessed by his furtive scientific testing, this funny hubby is quite a crafty guy. So, instead of simply calling his wife to tell her, he decides to make the moment even more special.

While Rachel is out for the day, he makes a cute card for her with this written on the outside:

To My Baby Mama,

If you ever worried that life would be a bore, put that fear aside you are now a mother of four.

He then places the card in plain sight, on the kitchen counter with the proof—the positive pregnancy test—propped up behind it.

When we first viewed this viral clip, our hearts were absolutely racing! Honestly, we can’t begin to imagine what it’s like to be in either one of their positions, especially considering this may be the only recorded case of something like this happening. Crazy stuff!
