VIDEO: Dog’s Reaction To Being Complimented On His “Handsome” Looks Has Gone Viral

Did you know that, according to the American Kennel Club, the French bulldog is the fourth most popular dog in America today? Even more impressive, the French bulldog has actually been named “top dog” in most American metropolises, including New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Though the news might be a revelation to anyone who doesn’t identify as being a “city slicker,” we weren’t surprised to hear of the pups’ popularity in the least bit. After all, a good handful of the adorable pups that we often share with you are none other than Frenchies.

So, why is that we have decided to shine such a bright light on this particular breed? The answer is a simple one: because these dogs are some of the most adorable we have ever seen!

As a matter of fact, we’re pretty sure that Frenchies were MADE for the limelight, as evidenced by this brave Frenchie who protected his loved ones from an evil Roomba. And, this one, who may just be the worst liar ever. Oh. And, this one, who loves to sing duets with his dad.

Fortunately for all of us, these adorable Frenchie videos are posted all over the Internet. One of our latest faves is of a super teeny-tiny newborn French bulldog pup, who has a *really* tough time taking compliments from his owner. In fact, the little nipper, who’s name is Link, seems to become enraged when his master, social media fitness guru, Sean Sarantos, praises his newest accessory–a canine bandana.

Unsurprisingly, the adorable video has gone viral. But, before we look at the sweet clip, here’s a preview of why, out of a sea of Frenchie videos, this one has gained so much acclaim.

Yep, your eyes are not betraying you. That is, in fact, one of the cutest dogs on the planet. Here’s another heartwarming shot for the road.

Now that you know all about the bashful–and adorably ferocious Link– it’s time for you to watch the viral video for yourself. This Frenchie is one of the cutest we’ve ever seen!

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this sweet video. Are you a fan of French bulldogs? Do you own one? If so, what is its personality like?
