Fans are expressing concern over Ryan Seacrest’s noticeably slimmer appearance.
The “Wheel of Fortune” host, 50, sparked worry after posting photos to Instagram on Monday that showed off his thin frame. In the first image, Seacrest posed outdoors wearing a beige button-up shirt, matching pants, and a belt — but it was his leaner look that caught most people’s attention.
The “American Idol” host, sporting a bit of stubble, posed with his hands in his pockets and his head tilted downward.
While he looked fashionable, his outfit appeared noticeably loose. His arms looked very slim, and his face seemed thinner than usual.

“He looks frail to me 😢 I hope he’s doing ok!” one concerned commenter wrote beneath the post.
Another fan said, “Ryan! Are you ok? You are way too thin! I know you can cook so turn on that stove and cook some pork chops and mashed potatoes ❤️”
One fan scolded commenters, “ TIS NOT OK TO COMMENT ON SOMEONES BODY. Period. Just because he is a man/celebrity. THIS IS HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. He is a real human who has feelings and ages and CHANGES. Your concern for him is laced in judgment and is just plain rude. IT IS NOT OK TO COMMENT ON ANYONES BODY. Would you say these things to his face? Then don’t say them here.”
An insider sourcer told the NY Post, “Ryan has recently been doing a new workout routine – working out with a new trainer, Dodd Romero, combined with Pilates and yoga for the first time. That’s created a visible change.”
“He’s also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta,” the source added.
