Laundry detergent is only used to clean clothes, right? Wrong! When your cookware – especially enamel cookware – has been burnt, it can be extremely difficult to clean. Luckily, laundry detergent is the perfect secret weapon.

Put a couple inches of water in the bottom of your cookware and bring to a boil. Then put in one tablespoon of liquid laundry detergent, stir and let it sit for five minutes. Wash your enamel cookware out well with a sponge and it will look sparkling new! This method is only recommended for enamel cookware, but it will work wonders!
