Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros Are Here to Make Breakfast So Much Better

While super moms out there may have a freshly prepared breakfast made from scratch every morning (or use an easy overnight breakfast casserole recipe to appear superhuman), not everyone can be a superhero every day.

Sometimes we need something quick and easy for breakfast. For that matter, sometimes we need something quick and easy for dinner. Bonus points for anything that our kids are willing to eat too.

Breakfast cereal has saved the day more than one in my family. While we don’t eat cereal on a daily basis, when we need something quick, it delivers at any time of day. Sure, we would prefer the cereal to be low on sugar, but when a doughnut is considered a decent breakfast, even the sweetest cereal isn’t so bad…especially with milk on it because protein and calcium.

If you can relate, and if you like your sweet cereal with a side of cinnamon and crunch, you’re going to want to know about the new version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch that just hit store shelves today (December 17th).

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros – no, it’s not too good to be true.

We don’t think this cereal even needs a description. The name truly says it all. Just imagine that Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal you know and love in the shape of tiny churros. There’s even extra cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top.

If you’d prefer a chocolaty breakfast cereal, General Mills can help you out there too. They’ve just rereleased Chocolate Toast Church. It looks just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch but it’s chocolate. As it says on the box, it features “real cocoa and cinnamon.”

While chocolate and churros all sound well and good for breakfast, sometimes we prefer a fruit flavor with a side of marshmallows, and General Mills has us hooked up there too. If you’re a fan of Lucky Charms, there’s now a brand new version called Fruity Lucky Charms.

This new version of Lucky Charms has the same marshmallow shapes you know and love, but the cereal is bright pink and has a fruity flavor. Maybe now my kids will stop picking the marshmallows out of the cereal and actually eat the cereal too!

All of these cereals are available starting now, and the price point is pretty family-friendly at $3.99 for an average size box and $4.99 for a larger family-size box.

What’s your favorite breakfast cereal? Which new cereal do you want to try first?
