We love a good celebrity-child twinning moment. You know the actresses with the doppelganger daughters: Reese Witherspoon and her daughter Ava, Demi Moore and her daughter Rumer…and now? We’re obsessing over Catherine Zeta-Jones and her mini me, Carys Zeta Douglas.

The 14-year-old and her mom recently stepped out together to attend a three-day Dolce & Gabbana couture event at the New York Metropolitan Opera House and everyone in attendance could’ve sworn they were seeing double.

Carys is literally a spitting image of Catherine, and it really showed. First of all, the two resemble each other in all the ways you’d think: They have the same long dark hair, the same sultry almond eyes, and he same olive-toned skin.

If that wasn’t enough, the two were even dressed similarly during the event, at least on their feet. They both had on almost identical strappy heels—the only differences were that Carys’ had red flowers on the back of hers and Catherine’s were metallic. Too cute!

Catherine and Carys looked like they had an absolute blast together, even posing in the same type of way for the camera. Just look at how uncanny the resemblance is below—and try not to smile at this adorable mother-daughter moment!

This wasn’t the first time Carys attended an event with her mom. The two both went to New York Fashion Week together in 2017, where they in the sat front row for the Michael Kors show.

“She was so excited and she enjoyed every minute of it. She had been asking me for years,” Catherine said in an interview with Marie Claire.

Though Carys is a ripe teenager, she already has such a good sense of fashion and style in general, Catherine gushed.

“She has a beautiful, natural style. When I was designing her room, I said, ‘What do you want in it?’ And she goes, ‘Surprise me.’ And she loved it,” she said.

We’re pretty sure she gets that from her mama! Catherine herself is always radiating in whatever she wears and always looks absolutely flawless. We don’t know how she does it—besides Carys, she also has a son, Dylan Michael, and has been married to actor Michael Douglas since 2000. Two kids and a husband, plus a successful acting career. The woman is a saint!

And while Catherine has a great home life with the two men in her life, there’s something special about her bond with her daughter. If you do a quick scroll of Carys’ Instagram, you’ll see tons of pictures of the two together. Sometimes Carys will simply post throwback photos of Catherine with captions that shows her admiration of her.

And the admiration is mutual, as Catherine so clearly loves her daughter as much as any mom could. She’s constantly commenting on her photos about how Carys is the joy of her life or how beautiful she is. Plus, let’s not forget, she takes her to all of these fashion events over her hubby Michael!
