Most relationships have a honeymoon phase where your new significant other seems to do everything perfectly. That doesn’t mean that he or she is perfect. It just means that we are blinded by love and we simply ignore the red flags staring us in the face.
After time passes, we see the person for who he or she really is. Sometimes those imperfections are not a big deal, but other times we wonder how the relationship managed to last as long as it did.
One Twitter user asked, “What’s the biggest red flag you ever ignored?” She went on to share a red flag from one of her own relationships. “I dated a guy who drank vodka milks. Not white russians. Vodka with ice and whole milk. That’s on me.”

My dad bought me really nice headphones & I let my ex (bf @ the time) use them. When I went to get them they were on the floor and bent. When I asked what happened he said that bc it was my stuff he didn’t feel he needed to be careful with it since HE didn’t work for it.

I dated a guy for almost a year whose fridge was broken the entire time we were together. He just couldn’t be bothered to get it fixed. If someone doesn’t even value keeping food in their house, they’re not gonna value you.

My ex pretended he was going to the same college as me but really was just sitting in an apartment playing video games. The con lasted for at least 3 months and his mom was in on it. One day he pretended to leave for class and just waited until I left his apartment to return
