Babies are great for reminding us to appreciate the simple things — like how funny squeaky shoes can be! This little guy is still a little wobbly on his feet, but who cares about that when he has the funniest footwear around? You might not see what’s so funny about a toddler’s sneakers, but you have to see what’s making this kid crack up.

Let’s be honest, this little boy is already adorable to begin with. In his little khaki shorts and green shirt, with cute little tufts of blonde hair on his head, we’re already completely taken with him before the video even begins. But when the camera rolls, we’re more charmed than ever.

The part of this boy’s snappy outfit that HE’S most taken with are his little sneakers. Not so much the color or style of the shoes, but the noise they make! This little boy discovered that if he lifts and puts down his right foot, his sneakers make a little squeaking sound. And he is LOVING IT.

Clearly, he couldn’t be happier with his discovery! For the entire length of the video, he lifts his foot, firmly puts it down, hears the teeny little squeak, and bursts into adorable laughter. He’s practically falling over in his fit of giggles, and his mom behind the camera is also in stitches as she video tapes this hilarious family moment.

There’s one fleeting moment towards the start of the video when the squeak doesn’t happen, but the little boy doesn’t miss a beat in planting his foot down a little harder next time. He hears the noise he was looking for and breaks into hysterics all over again.
