Adele has always had an amazing voice, beautiful hair, and a pretty face. What she has not always been is thin. Her weight has gotten a lot of attention over the last year as the singer has made it her personal mission to get healthy.

Adele has changed her eating habits and hired a personal trainer. According to her trainer, her goal was not necessarily to lose weight. Her goal was to be healthy. Regardless, her weight loss has been quite noticeable, and her fans have mixed opinions.

Adele posted this photo one day ago, and already it has more than 4 million likes. While some people in the comments are criticizing her look, others are defending her and reminding the people with negative comments that body shaming is never acceptable.

In an interview with Bored Panda, Adele’s former personal trainer, Pete Geracimo defended the star’s transformation saying, “I felt compelled to remind those that no one should be criticized for achieving their goals, which for all my clients is about improving fitness and health, first and foremost for themselves.”
