OREO-STUFFED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes 4

You’ll Need
– 1 cup refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
– 4 Oreos

How To

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the cookie dough into 4 equal balls. Flatten 1 of the balls and put an Oreo in the center of the cookie dough. Wrap the Oreo with the cookie dough, pulling and pinching the dough until the Oreo is evenly covered, then place it on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Repeat with the remaining cookie dough and Oreos.
  4. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, until golden brown but still slightly soft.

S’MORES COOKIES
Makes 6

You’ll Need
– 1 – 16.5-ounce tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
– 1 – 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows
– 1 – 12-ounce bag chocolate chips

How To

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a clean work surface, flatten about 3 tablespoons of cookie dough into a disk.
  3. Top the dough with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows.
  4. Flatten about 3 tablespoons of cookie dough into a disk just like the first one. Lay the second disk on top of the first, covering the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Pinch the edges of the cookie dough together to completely enclose the chocolate and marshmallows inside and create one big cookie. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake the cookies in the oven for 10 minutes, until golden brown but still slightly soft.

RED VELVET CHEESECAKE COOKIES
Makes 12

You’ll Need
– 8 ounces cream cheese
– ¼ cup sugar
– 3 tablespoons flour
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 box red velvet cake mix
– 2 large eggs
– ¼ cup canola oil
– ½ cup white chocolate chips

How To

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla to make a filling.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the red velvet cake mix, the eggs and the oil to make a dough.
  4. Make a ball from about 3 tablespoons of the red velvet dough. Flatten the ball and top it with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Carefully wrap the dough up around the cream cheese to enclose it completely. Place the cookie on the baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, until set but slightly soft.
  7. Before serving the cookies, melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate into a zip-top bag and seal. Snip a tiny hole in one corner of the bag and use the bag to pipe squiggles of melted chocolate over the tops of the cookies.

NUTELLA-STUFFED NUTELLA COOKIES
Makes 10

You’ll Need
– ¾ cup flour
– ½ cup Nutella, plus more for stuffing
– 1 large egg
– ⅓ cup chocolate chips

How To

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, the ½ cup of Nutella, egg and chocolate chips until it forms a dough.
  3. Pinch off about 3 tablespoons of the dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten it. Top it with about 1 tablespoon of Nutella. Carefully wrap the dough up around the Nutella to enclose it completely. Place the cookie on the baking sheet.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, until set but still slightly soft.
