If you’re like me, then you’ve had or have trouble drinking the recommended amount of water people are supposed to consume daily. The reason for me was that I prefer to drink beverages with some flavor. That’s where naturally flavored water came into my life.
Fruit and/or herb flavored water is a delicious alternative to sugary juices, sports drinks or sodas. And it’s also a great way to use up leftover fruits and herbs in your kitchen. Check out some great water infusion ideas we found:’
Lemon Water With Fresh Mint
Lemon Water with Mint is super cheap to make and is actually excellent for your health. It’s a great way to jump start your metabolism in the morning and keep your energy up all day long.
Sangria Water
Use the same idea as sangria with water instead of wine. You can use whatever fruit you like really, but try some lemons, limes, oranges, pineapple chunks and ripe peach slices to start.
Cucumber Melon Water
Use ripe melons (try a combination of cantaloupe and honeydew) and a large cucumber to make a gallon of this tasty water.
Strawberry, Lemon and Basil Water
This refreshing drink is both tasty and beautiful.
Citrus, Mint and Cucumber
Because the vitamin C in citrus helps clear the digestive tract and mint also aids in digestion, this flavored water makes for a great detox drink.
Grapefruit and Rosemary
Use half a grapefruit cut up and a couple of sprigs of rosemary to a pitcher of water and allow to sit overnight before drinking.

Perfect for the end of fall! Use a sliced up apple and a stick of cinnamon for a 32 oz jar.
