Apple Pie Elixir

This drink (courtesy of Mind Body Green) first thing in the morning will act as a cleanser for your body, kick start your digestion for the day, and aid in weight loss by boosting your metabolism. The “secret ingredient” here is of course the magical apple cider vinegar.

Here’s what you mix together:
-2 tbsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
-dash of each: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger powder
-1/2 teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup
-2 cups of purified water

Ginger Tea
