I’ve been wanting to try out a chia seed pudding for a while. So when we came across this easy recipe for a breakfast chia pudding we had to give it a try. Check out the quick video to see how it came together:

Chia Seed Pudding
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1 Cup almond milk
1 Cup greek yogurt
2 tbs. maple syrup, plus 4 tsp. for serving
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp. kosher salt
¼ Cup chia seeds
1 pint strawberries, hulled and chopped
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions:
In a medium bowl whisk together the almond milk, yogurt, 2 tbs. maple syrup, vanilla and salt until blended.
Whisk in the chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In a medium bowl combine strawberries, remaining maple syrup and almonds.
To serve spoon pudding into 4 bowls or glasses and top with the berry mixture.
