Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley aren’t the only members of their family who have recently been behind bars. While Todd recently started serving a 12 year prison sentence for tax evasion and fraud and Julie is serving a 7 year prison sentence, their son, Kyle Chrisley was also sent to jail but for a different reason.

On March 14, 2023, Kyle was arrested in Tennessee for aggravated assault following an incident that happened at his workplace. According to a police statement, Kyle “was involved in a physical altercation with a supervisor” on March 13th. During the incident Kyle “assaulted him by striking him multiple times in the face and upper body.” He also, “displayed a fixed blade knife and threatened to kill/stab him.”

According to police, the supervisor had injuries including “bruises and lacerations” from the incident “in the neck, head and hand.”

On Tuesday, Kyle showed up voluntarily to undergo booking procedures. He was transported to Rutherford County Adult Detention Center, and his bond was set at $3000. A court date has been set for March 28, 2023.

We were introduced to the Chrisley family on the USA network’s reality show “Chrisley Knows Best” which was primarily about Todd and Julie. Kyle and his daughter Chloe also appeared on the show.

Even though Chloe is Todd and Julie’s granddaughter, they legally adopted her making her their adopted daughter. Besides Kyle, Todd also has a daughter, Lindsie, who are both from a previous marriage. Meanwhile, Todd and Julie have three children together, Chase, Grayson and Savannah.

While Todd and Julie are in prison, Savannah is taking care of both Chloe and her brother Grayson who is currently 16 years old.

The same day Kyle was arrested, Savannah spoke out about being the caretaker for two of her siblings. She explained, “In no way shape or form will I ever be their mother. I’m still their sister.”
