Chicken parm is a staple in my kitchen, but it usually involves a whole lot of rolling, dipping and fuss to make it great. So when I found this video of Mark Bittman’s (author of How to Cook Everything Fast) method, I got pretty excited. Check out how he makes a delicious-looking chicken parm in about 20 minutes. And best of all, you can apply this method to many other dishes that you probably make on a normal basis.
Here are the ingredients he used in the recipes:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 5 tbs. olive oil
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup grated)
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
