If you’re a sucker for the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, then you’re going to want to try out this recipe ASAP. There’s no baking required and you’ll create a delicious treat that you won’t be able to get enough of. Check out the video below to see the recipe in action:
Here’s what you need:
-1/2 cup melted butter
-1 package of graham crackers (about 1 cup, crushed)
-1 cup powdered sugar
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 cup milk chocolate chips ( can substitute with nutella)
And here’s what you do:
- Mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in the peanut butter.
- Spread this mixture in a 9″ by 13″ baking pan and pat down firmly.
- Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl until melted. Stir until smooth. You can also use double boil method.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Place baking pan in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until completely chilled.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
