Charlie the dog has something to say – and you’re going to hear about it! No, seriously he’s going to tell you. Because Charlie isn’t a normal dog, he’s a talking dog. Well…kind of. He wants to be a talking dog but we can’t quite make out what he’s trying to say! Watch the video below to see Charlie’s hilarious conversation with his owners.

The video starts quietly, and then suddenly you hear a woman start to say, “Blah blah blah.”

And Charlie springs into action. Whether he’s trying to mimic his owner’s voice or if he’s trying to say something entirely different, we’re not sure, because Charlie talking just sounds like indescribable yelling.
