In my house, we barely eat regular potatoes anymore. We pretty much stick to sweet potatoes. They’re more nutritious than regular white potatoes and certainly (in my opinion) more delicious. I always love trying out recipes intended for white potatoes and figuring out how I can incorporate sweet potatoes instead. So when I found this recipe from Food Network, I knew I had to give it a try. And the fact that these tots include bacon as well just sealed the deal.
