SLOW COOKER BRUSSLES SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS
– 2 lbs. of Brussels sprouts
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Balsamic vinegar
– Brown sugar
– Parmesan

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in slow cooker. Stir.
2. Cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.
3. Over a medium heat combine 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Let simmer until reduced by half for 5-10 minutes.
