Potato Pull Aparts
This is what you make with those one or two spare potatoes lying around. Kids love them and dinner guest devour them. I had a few Russets laying around after making my Thanksgiving mash and decided to make some pull aparts.
Ingredients:
- Russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes. (Russet if you like em more crispy)
- Butter
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash your potatoes and make a small cut lenghtwise so you can set the potato on a flat surface.
2. Make aproximately 15-22 small cuts going 4/5 the way through but being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. In a sauce pan I heat up butter and garlic from a garlic press. Once liquified I pour it over the potatoe direting it to the wedges.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for aproximate 35-55 minutes. Halfway through you can pour more butter/garlic sauce over.
5. When they’re done take them out add some salt & pepper and let stand for 15 minutes
