Bobby Moudy was a TikToker with more than 300,000 followers. He mainly shared posts with his family, showcasing what it was like to be a dad. He had three children, Kaytlin, Maddox and Charliegh.

In a sad announcement on her own TikTok account, Kaytlin shared the devastating news that her father has died. Before sharing a series of photos of Bobby with his family, she explained, “It is with great sadness that we share the tragic loss of Bobby Moudy.” She referred to her father as “a loving father, husband, brother and friend,” but unfortunately, he was also “weighed down by financial pressures.” He died by suicide at his home in Mississippi on April 28, 2023. He was only 46 years old.

In her post, Kaytlin mentioned a GoFundMe account and explained that her family is in “an emotional and financial crisis.” She called her dad “their rock.” She also asked for prayers for herself, her siblings and her mother, Jennifer Moudy, who had been married to her father for almost 20 years.

@kaytlin_mouuuudyOn April 28th my bestfriend was able to see our Heavenly Father. He was the most amazing dad, brother, uncle, and friend. He had such an impact on not only his family but those around him. He was and is still so loved by so many. He will forever be remembered. I hope you’re hugging louie tight for us. We’re counting down the days until we see you again.♬ original sound – kaytlin moudy

In an obituary for Bobby Moudy by Moore Funeral Service, he was described as an “Ole Miss fanatic” and a very supportive dad. The obituary explains, “He was often the loudest voice on the sidelines cheering on his children at their sporting and educational events. He approached life with a contagious enthusiasm and a smile.”

He graduated from Oak Grove high school and went on to have a career in sales for over 20 years. He and his wife got married in 2004, five years after they first met. He is survived by his wife, children, father, step-mother, three sisters, his mother-in-law and multiple nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace.
