You’ve heard repeatedly that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But for those of us that are rushing around most mornings, it can be difficult to have a hearty, healthy breakfast that will give us the fuel we need to make it until lunchtime. Luckily, there’s this new idea that’s the perfect grab-and-go solution for breakfast. Domestic Geek shows use how to make this brilliant little creation 3 different ways.

The best part about this idea is that you can make a bunch of these at the beginning of the week and save them in the fridge for the rest of the week. Heat them up or eat them cold; either way, they’re filling and delicious.

Here are the ingredients you need in order to make 12:

-3 cups rolled oats
-½ cup brown sugar
-2 tsp baking powder
-2 eggs
-1 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1 cup milk
-1 tsp vanilla

Top with whatever ingredients you like and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
