Attention peanut butter lovers! We’ve found your ultimate summer dessert! It comes to us from “The Diet Free Zone” of Yoyomax12, and best of all, it’s super easy to make. Grab your peanut butter and your peanut butter cups, and prepare yourself for a sundae-on-a-stick!
You’ll Need:
– 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
– 12 peanut butter cups, chopped (or 24 mini peanut butter cups, cut in half)
– 6 ounces (about 3/4 cup) chocolate sundae sauce
– 6 ounces (about 3/4 cup) smooth peanut butter
– 1 quart French vanilla ice cream
– Eight to ten 5 ounce cups (Yoyomax12 uses mini wine glasses, but Dixie cups or any other 5 ounce cup will work!)
– 8 to 10 popsicle sticks.
All you have to do to make these pops is layer them in the following order:
- 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts
- Ice cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Chopped peanuts
- Ice cream
- Peanut butter
- Chopped peanut butter cups
- Ice cream
