Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites

Parmesan Cauliflower Bites
Prep: 10 Mins | Total: 25 Mins
Serves: 4
Difficulty: Easy
1 Whole Cauliflower
1/2 Cup All-purpose flour
2 Large Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan, grated
3 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Get your breading stations ready: place the flour in a shallow dish, and beat the eggs in separate shallow dish. In a large bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and cajun seasoning.
Work with a handful of cauliflower pieces at a time: toss them in the flour, dip them in the eggs, then toss them in the panko mix to evenly coat.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the breaded cauliflower florets to the preheated oil in the skillet and cook until they’re golden and crispy on all sides. Remove the fried cauliflower from the pan to a plate lined with paper towels.

These easy cauliflower bites are cheesy and crunchy with a Cajun kick — and guaranteed to make an instant cauliflower fan out of anyone.

This appetizer idea is as easy as 1, 2, 3: just pop the cauliflower florets into the breading, then into the pan — and then into your mouth.

It’s also a craveable way to sneak more veggies into your snacking (especially if you prefer your vegetables battered and fried). Panko makes the breading extra light and crispy, and the mix of Parmesan and Cajun seasoning gives these plenty of once-you-start-you-can’t-stop flavor.

Our cauliflower bites are so easy to throw together in less than a half hour, they’re going to become your go-to appetizer for parties and tailgating.

These don’t need a darn thing — but we bet they’d be really tasty with ranch, honey mustard, or blue cheese dipping sauce.
