These minty cookies we found over in a Southern Living Magazine are perfect for any holiday cookie swap and there’s no baking required! They’re super easy to make and even easier to transport once they’re done.

Here’s what you need:

-56 vanilla wafers, crushed (less than an 11oz box)
-1 cup chopped, toasted pecans
-1/2 cup powdered sugar
-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
-4 1/2 tsp light corn syrup
-6 tbsp peppermint schnapps
-3 cups white chocolate morsels
-crushed peppermint

And here’s what you do:

  1. Stir together your first 6 ingredients, then shape into 32 cookie balls.
  2. Microwave the white chocolate in a bowl for 30 second. Stir, then microwave for 20 more seconds, or until smooth.
  3. Dip balls in white chocolate to coat, then sprinkle with hard peppermint candy crumbles.
  4. Place balls on parchment paper-lines pan. Chill for at least 30 minutes, or until white chocolate has hardened.
