McDonald’s Is Bringing Back the McRib for a Limited Time to 9,000 Locations

Fast food lovers can look forward to a special gift, as McDonald’s is welcoming the return of the McRib on Monday, October 29. The cult favorite will be on menus for a limited time to celebrate the sandwich’s 35th anniversary.

The McRib will be hitting 9,000 U.S. restaurant locations only but with a twist: you can have it delivered. Yes, McRibbers, McDonald’s has gone mobile! You can place an order for your sandwich using Uber Eats which is partnering with McDelivery to make all your barbecue saucy dreams come true.

In a press release, McDonald’s made sure to set tongues a’ waggin’ with its vivid description of the menu fave along with announcing how fans can track one down. Apparently, there’s a dedicated app for that!

“A sandwich that has had fans clamoring for more than 35 years, the McRib is made with seasoned boneless pork and slathered in tangy, delicious barbecue sauce – it’s topped with slivered onions and tart pickles on a hoagie-style bun.

The McRib’s most loyal fans can download the McDonald’s Finder app to find participating restaurants offering the limited time sandwich, and swap McRib-themed stickers.”

Hungry fans in Alaska and Hawaii will be sad to know that the McRib is only available in the contiguous US. Get yours while you can and add it to the list of all the popular seasonal offerings that food brands like Starbucks and Dunkin’ are serving up. Learn more by pressing play below!
