HOMEMADE POTATO BREAD

INGREDIENTS
– Prepared yeast
– All-purpose flour
– Salt
– Mashed potatoes
– Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine yeast, flour, salt and the potatoes in a separate bowl. Stir until a saggy dough forms.
2. Add olive oil and knead the dough into a firm ball.
3. Cover the dough and let rest for at least 1 hour.
4. When the dough is uncovered, it should have swelled in size which means it’s ready to use! Bake at 425 F. until golden brown. Slice up a piece to serve with breakfast, make sandwiches on, or use that dough and make a pizza to die for!
