How to Make Almond Milk in Just 5 Minutes

Almond milk is the new 1%. In the past few years, non-dairy milks (almond, cashew, ect.) have become extremely popular – and for good reason. They have less fats, sugar, and fewer chemicals you’d find in pasteurized cow’s milk. However, contrary to what haters say, almond milk is also refreshingly delicious and just as good a replacement as regular milk. Best of all, you can make your own almond milk! How exciting is this. The recipe is all-natural and very easy to make. Check out the video below and learn how to make your very own almond milk.

Blend all the ingredients, strain through nut milk bag or cheese cloth, and then store for 3-5 days in fridge. Enjoy a nice, cold glass of almond milk or use your DIY milk in your baking or morning cereal.
