Though it seems tricky, we’re always determined to learn to make even the most complicated drinks ourselves, and thanks to Food Network, we’ve cracked the code on this one. You’ll Need

– 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
– 6 green cardamom pods, lightly-crushed
– 3 star anise
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 8 black tea bags
– ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
– ¼ cup milk
